Nos Pais Television is an innovative and Independant multimedia company that has the potential to improve the economic and social wellbeing of the nation in general, thereby creating a more prosperous and harmonious society that is of the benefit to all inhabitants of the Dutch Kingdom.
Our commercial-based HIGH DEFINITION multimedia broadcasting company headquarters in Curaçao since may 1st. 2014. And we stream our content to Bonaire on Telbo channel 20, Aruba, Saint Martin, the Netherlands and the rest of the world in Papiamentu, Dutch and English. Our content is also being broadcasted in Curaçao by open air on channel 4 and by the cable companies TDS (on channel 4HD or 5SD), Flow (channel 103) and on TRES (channel 88). Our objective is to perform and provide professional HD Quality Television to educate, inform and amuse. Our primary focus is the multi-cultural target audience between 15 and 40 years old.
The objective of the company is to perform as a full professional and high definition quality television station with a daily airtime ultimately of more than 15 hours. The multicultural target audience is located in a 50-50 split in the Caribbean area and in the Netherlands region. Nos Pais’ programs consists of a mixed balance between journalistic style, demographic diversity, fixed programming, investigative programs, sport and educational information, reports and interviews, headline news, all relaxing and pleasurable. The programming will be in several languages as Papiamentu, Dutch and English.
Mavis Albertina has founded and organized an innovative commercial communication platform for and in favor of local citizens in the Dutch Caribbean region and the community living in the Netherlands in order to share and exchange relevant content. The impact will be a much more involved and interested society and offers the ability for residents to make use of point to multipoint provisioning. Nos Pais Television consists of a new modern studio complex in the DownTown area with many thematic television sets and has invested in state of the art high definition television technology equipments. Via partnerships with some international oriented services providers a modern ultra-high speed telecommunication infrastructure with the application of streaming facilities is used, so both geographical regions can be served simultaneously on demand.
In order to deliver high standard broadcast services, local staff has been recruited, hired and trained as well. Mavis Albertina took care of this human resources process herself, based on her extensive international experience in the multimedia field of play for more then 49 years.
